My journey in sports began with soccer when I was 12 years old. However, at the age of 17, in order to strengthen my arm muscles, a doctor suggested me to train in the gym.

I realized this would let me better perform as a soccer player, so I decided to combine both disciplines. My physical appearance improved considerably, which aroused the interest of friends and acquaintances who asked me for advice on how to train.

Thus, I found out that helping people to improve their lifestyle fulfilled me, so at the age of 23, I decided to turn my hobby into my job and trained hard to become a personal trainer.

I keep myself in constant learning and I set new goals to stay motivated.

My qualifications

  • Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
    Train learners to a professionally competent level, enabling them to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym or health club environment.
  • Active IQ level 3 diploma in fitness instructing and personal training
    Enable to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes and pursue a career in personal training.
  • Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach
    Enable to plan, prepare, deliver and review strength and conditioning programmes that will help athletes to achieve their performance goals.
  • NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES)
    Enable to provide cutting-edge strength and conditioning training for clients. With advanced knowledge, insight, and skills needed to help clients of all levels reach their peak performance potential.
  • NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)
    Gives personal trainers the tools and resources necessary to help their clients move better. Corrective exercise techniques can be used as a bridge to help patients progress from the treatment room towards accomplishing their physical movement goals.
  • Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach
    Enable to plan, prepare, deliver and review strength and conditioning programmes that will help athletes to achieve their performance goals.
