My mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals through the most realistic and healthy way possible.
My journey in sports began with soccer when I was 12 years old. However, at the age of 17, in order to strengthen my arm muscles, a doctor suggested me to train in the gym.
I realized this would let me better perform as a soccer player, so I decided to combine both disciplines. My physical appearance improved considerably, which aroused the interest of friends and acquaintances who asked me for advice on how to train.
Thus, I found out that helping people to improve their lifestyle fulfilled me, so at the age of 23, I decided to turn my hobby into my job and trained hard to become a personal trainer.
I keep myself in constant learning and I set new goals to stay motivated.
I will fully support you to achieve your goal, whatever it may be, but always respecting the times and limits of your body. I will accompany you to build a healthy lifestyle that will last forever.
Personal training is a team effort. I provide you with a training plan, work with you and help you gain confidence. You, in return, put all your effort, perseverance and motivation to reach your goals. My work means nothing without your commitment.
